Delivery

Orders are processed by our logistics partner every business day at 11 a.m. Any order placed before 11 a.m. on a business day will be shipped the same day; orders placed after 11 a.m. will be shipped the next business day.

For certain models, a later shipping date is indicated on the product page. These are scheduled for delayed delivery. Patience is required for these, as shipments will be made once the specified date is reached.

Please note:

  • If you have chosen to receive your order at a Mondial Relay point, your parcel will be held there for 5 days.
  • If you opt for express shipping, a pair in delayed delivery cannot be shipped before the date indicated on the product page.
  • If your country is subject to customs (outside the European Union, including overseas territories), find all relevant information for your country below.
