How to create or modify a customer account?

To create an account, click on “My Account” at the top right of our website and enter your email address.

You will immediately receive a one-time login code by email to access your customer account.

Once logged in, you can view and edit your personal information directly from your account.

I have lost my passwords, what should I do?

On our website, customer accounts work without a password.
Simply enter your email address on the login page: you will automatically receive a one-time login code by email to access your account.

If you do not receive the email (please check your spam folder), you can contact us at contact@pieddebiche-paris.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

How to use a promo code?

Once you have added your items to your basket, proceed to the checkout stage.

On the Shopify checkout page, enter your promo code in the ‘Discount code’ field, then confirm: the discount will be automatically applied to your order total.

Is online payment secure?

Yes, all payments made on our website are fully secure.

Transactions are processed through Shopify’s certified payment platforms, in accordance with current security standards (SSL encryption, PCI-DSS compliance).

Your banking details are encrypted and processed directly by our payment providers and are never stored on our website.

How can I modify or cancel my order?

We will do our best to make the change before your order is shipped.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link and number.

You can also find all this information at any time in your account, under the ‘Orders’ section.

My order is marked as delivered, but I have not received anything. What should I do?

You can find your link and tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, or in your account under ‘Orders’.

If the tracking shows ‘delivered’ but you have not received anything, we invite you to first contact the carrier or the selected pick-up point for more information.

It is also possible that the parcel has been received by a neighbour. Please check with them.
