You have 15 days after receiving your items to return them.
To make a request, go to your customer account, select ‘Returns’ and follow the steps indicated. Returned items must be new, unworn and in their original condition.
Returns are at the customer's expense and are only accepted within 15 days of receipt of the parcel. Please note: any pair of shoes with temporary pads that have been fitted or not returned will not be considered new and cannot be returned.
For orders paid for by gift card or credit note, no refunds can be made. A new credit note will then be issued automatically.
