For the care of your patent leather shoes, here are our tips:

  • Step 1: Start by dusting off your shoes with a polishing brush to prepare the leather for treatment.
  • Step 2: Apply a conditioning cream to nourish the leather.

Do not waterproof patent leather, as this type of leather does not require it.

Note that the cream does not immediately penetrate patent leather.

Wait for signs of wear to appear, then twist a soft cloth to apply the cream into these creases, allowing the leather to benefit from the necessary care.

If your pair features a leather sole, temporary protective sole pads are included with your order. This allows you to wear your shoes as soon as they arrive, while you arrange to have permanent sole protectors fitted by your local cobbler.
