  • Step 1: Gently dust off your shoes with a polishing brush to remove dust particles.
  • Step 2: Apply a nourishing oil to restore the leather’s natural oils, helping to maintain its suppleness.

If your shoes have leather soles, temporary heel pads are included in your order. This means you can wear them as soon as you receive them, whilst you have the permanent heel pads fitted by your cobbler.
